Nissan Harmonic Balancer NISSAN 3.5L

Harmonic balancer is a front-end accessory drive component that is connected to the crankshaft of an engine. The common construction consists of an inner hub and an outer ring bonding in rubber.

The purpose is to reduce engine vibration and serves as a pulley for drive belts.

Harmonic balancer also is called harmonic damper, vibration pulley, crankshaft pulley, crankshaft damper and crankshaft balancer, among others.
